If you live in Victoria Australia please be aware of the relevant licences you need to hold to own a knife and you may be required to produce a copy of it prior to our placing your order.

The knives we list as being imported from America are just that they may be purchased in the USA but may not be made there, the majority of knives are produced in Pakistan or China on today's market and we endeavour to bring you the highest quality knife for the best possible price.

Do I still get the quantity discount if my order is going to different address?
No. If you want 25 (for example) of an item and want them shipped to different addresses you would have to place each order individually. This means each order is counted separately therefore you may not receive the discounted price nor be able to combine the totals for lower shipping. Remember, each new address is a different order.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders from most every country in the world. All international orders shipped outside Australia must be paid in full via International Money Order, Wire Transfer, PayPal.com or credit card before the goods can be shipped to you. Our shopping cart will show you the shipping charges during the checkout process. All international orders must be placed through our website, www.swordsndaggers.com.au for security and fraud prevention.
Please be aware that orders shipped outside the USA/Australia may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.
Do you send invoices to my customers?
No, we do not. When we dropship an order for you we will send nothing that has our name or information on it. We only send invoices with orders that are mailed directly to you. Your customer WILL ALWAYS remain your customer.
SHIPPING
We will notify you when your parcel has been posted so you can be aware of expected delivery date. Any knife coming from the USA will take 7 - 14 days to arrive so please be patient, we process the order as soon as we receive payment but with the change in time zones, and the delays in clearance in Australia Post and customs it may take this long to arrive.
Can I have my package sent by registered mail?
Absolutely! In fact, we strongly suggest this for an extra of $2.70
Returns Policy
We are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchase is of any defect.
